well the stock market is all about predictions, so I may as well put in my 2c (ha ha) worth. I think they have already secured the funding and the announcement will be positive in that sense. I think the new bloke who came in saw that the first thing he would need to do to secure his investment was to sort out the immediate cash flow problems and I think they will have done that. as to whether they have made an real progress in terms of their core business, well, I'm not so sure.
So my guess is the company is not quite finished yet. though perhaps I am just talking through my pocket!
