Chins up , everybody! It says "possible" change to guidance. That may mean:

(i) There might not be any change to guidance;

(ii) The term "possible" is a long way from "probable" which is a long way from "there will be". This uncertainty can only indicate that the change is not likely to be too significant in the scheme of things.

(iii) The change may even be positive.

So that's 3 reasons why I'm so proud of this Board - they instil confidence in spite of the impossibly difficult conditions being experienced by all players in the current Australian residential market.

I say "BUY!"
