in the above comments, lets try to clear up some of your confusion.

they are paid and elected to act in the interests of shareholders. How are they supposed to act in the interests of holders if the whole world knows what they are doing?? They do the deal confidentially and present it to market.

You do realize you will have your chance?

And that will be the chance, as a shareholder to assist to ratify the proposal ??
