I dont know where some guys her have the 20c from.
This is fantasy until we have the real number black on white.
If someone really wants to be part of the game, and the demand of shares is big, why give it to them about 20c, when buying on open market isnt possibly under 30c for a significant stake?
Depends who will participates. Mates will get it for 12 or 15c, serious investors about 18c imo.
