Interesting the request for the trading halt is and I quote
"The company has requested a trading halt pending the release of a target statement by the company in relation to current takeover offer" "the company is working to release the statement at the earliest possible time."
Target statement what does this mean? is it a target timeframe for a Backdoor listing / merger ???, to defend off the takeover?? Not sure
Does Any one have any views on what might be potential happening here???
