Well I think following a trading halt it is usually suspension from official quotation if it is game over for Oilex. I would be surprised if the shares trade again on Monday as there is likely going to be another sell off. This potentially is going to get caught up in the courts for a very long time and how will all the lawyers be funded if OEX were to vigorously defend against Zeta's allegations? Throw in a potential class action from other shareholders and the future looks dismal.
