that's what i meant in an earlier post as to why would note holders convert to shares in a company with no cash...etc etc there had to be a reason that we didn't know about...
lets hope the deal is good...i have no idea what the tenement could be worth...108000 ounces inferred
i imagine the deal could involve staggered payments and some percentage of any future royalties if mining occurs....
