I have been holding a company that sold a gold lease in south Africa about 3 years ago, they did a deal with a neighbour that had infrastructure close by to extract and process the gold and make quarterly payments to the company which basically valued it at 4% of in ground value, using those figures in this case means the sale could be worth around $6.5 million.
