All of that is interesting but the ASX is littered with companies that have diluted existing shareholders excessively for a plethora of reasons.
Diluting existing holders by 36% is a significant decision and lets hope there is a short rational to it.
To put it in your parlance NASA:
Issuing lots of shares + At a low price = Can be insanity!!!!
OR
36% dilution = WTF!?
