Yes could very well reject, the timing of the takeover was opportunistic, like at one point not long ago, VED was trading at 2.50+, if 2.50 is fair value, then id want $3+ (gotta pay CGT and also the time it takes for me to replace VED + compensating the emotional aspect of parting with a good stock, which will more likely than not increase its fair value over time), I would not mind TOO much, although it will hurt, if the takeover falls part and VED shares falls back to around $2.50.
