Could be, thats a big jump, but i just noticed one of the directors of ISD sold 1,446,000 shares last week, im thinking that he would have held onto them if he knew of an acquisistion.
Also i know its a bit naieve but VED and ISD have just posted a denial last week, itd be pretty dishonest of them , but hey thats business i suppose?
