think they will be out of luck if they want the little guys to put their hands in our pockets, mine have been empty for the last 2 years due to inactivity pricewise and while i've sold a few of late in the 2's I ain't handing over any.
obviously they need a mill to pay the exhorbitant administration fees and maybe another mill to get the plan working in south Africa, might be something to do with far east capital.
