Stay calm guys, a placement to sophisticated investors, or anyone other than shareholders, is limited by the rules, I believe it is 10% but DYOR. The limit requires re-approval at a Special General Meeting or an AGM. So if it is a placement, with no involvement of all shareholders, it will should be modest.
I am concerned at what the price may be but again, private placements rarely go more than -20% of the VWAP over the preceding 5 days. Ignore the Closing Prices, there were small parcels crossed in the after market auction on some days, however they didn't shift the VWAP.
That said, a small cr now may just to keep the wave conversion technology moving forward; however, I expect all shareholders will be invited, at some time, to a larger cr fairly soon.
And, remember (nuts are in the squirrel's grip) we Will have wet test results from the single buoy soon and Korea is moving forward with the typical glacial speed of Asia.
On the Korean action, having KORID as a partner sorts a fair parcel of the local issues; IMO.
