Would the doubling of shares be beyond the companies discretionary placing capacity ?
Presumably the shares will end up going to Magna giving them an easy majority to effect a cheap takeover .
It's not so much the dilution which is a problem but the loss of control .
Far better to farm out 50% of Cambay .
