I think the real issue with GBG disclosure of information is that Karara is a separate company and both Ansteel and GBG are just shareholders. but both with Board members.

I think the situation may be that Karara is selective in what I allows GBG to disclose, and this lets GBG off the hook with respect to full disclosure.

So the GBG Board may be restricted as to what it can disclose.

One could think that this was a very convenient strategy.
