What's the positive? despite assertions to the contrary nothing...

What's the positive? despite assertions to the contrary nothing has been put forward as a positive. Let's look at it:

1. 120,000 paying subscribers - but there is no contract/lock-in, so any normal business valuation would put that at $0

2. Aging infrastructure - nothing significant invested for a long time, so any normal business valuation would put that at $0

3. Content - anything no-one else has got? no idea but don't think so

4. Brand value - most reviews I read are negative, and with no $$s to market can't see this improving?

5. Other assets - several million dollars negative current assets vs liabilities - nothing there then

6. Inspirational/charismatic management team - ah, well, they have managed to con shareholders to throw in money for 10 years while they draw salaries and bonuses and the company loses $60m.

would love to see some positive responses to any of the above....who wouldn't like to see NFX driven back and David beat Goliath....but I think that was a fairy story.....
