That might apply just as easily to Dimeric shareholders not accepting SBN shares for there existing shareholding!
Since there is no actual numbers against who is going to accept the deal, especially given the reaction in the SBN share price to the news. Which doesn't make shareholders want to swap them.
Maybe that's part of the reason the share price is weak.
