If it had been such a fab prospect surely the attempted flotation last year would have succeeded rather than failing.

Have we waited all this time on a deal, to be given one that doesn't excite the market.

Hate to say it, but did they just get to the point where they decided to take any deal, even if it wasn't in the segment they were desperately trying to get into.
