    Partial ownership in NCF means they will be at the mercy of more future raising's or get diluted. The rally from 7c to 11c just before this halt looks staged imo. They couldn't raise funds before at 5c yet this time they think they can get people to pay around 10c . I would wait for this stock price to fall back towards the 6c level if you want more.
