I'm confident that their revenue is at least $5 mil. The performance milestones set out in the presentation were 8,160,771 shares for:

*500,000 monthly unique visitors for 3 consecutive month
*$10 mil revenue in a 12 month period
*Upon achieving $3 mil EBITDA in a 12 month period

From experience these vendors don't like to set milestones too high from where they start, so I'd say we're pretty much half way from where we start to achieving those milestones.
