The pricing on their site for agents are charged $99 to $299 per month depending on their package choice, all with unlimited listing. So assuming all chose the $99 package the minimum revenue should be over $6.6 million, plus all the private landlord listings at $99 per 4 months. If they're not turning over this much then someone is hiding something. But we don't know as the financials were not disclosed.
