No Rocket Science here, it has to be the CR Prospectus notice. Possible that they may say what ratio the Consolidation would be e.g.: 35 to 1 or 40 to 1 etc as well as The Firm Commitments from the Fundees by the Brokers. These days All the Commitments have to be way before the prospectus is released as there would be some sort of term sheet and presentations etc. I would say that the news either tomorrow or friday would be along the lines " We have firm commitments for $7.5 mil etc " When is the Dam meeting? so it could be about the meeting as well as the Consolidation Ratios. Lets see whether my gut feeling is right or not. Once it is confirmed then the SP will rocket for sure.
