Tissue Therapies Limited (Company) (ASX: TIS) requests that ASX grant an immediate trading halt of its
securities pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt apply from the commencement of trading on Monday, 2
February 2015 and continue until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
Under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading
halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading
halt.
