recently CAPE LAMBERT postponed a dividend. They have stated that it was saving funds for taking care of business , but it has occurred to me that , as shareholders in IGS, that they may do a "lending" deal to take advantage of some opportunity which can benefit both themselves and IGS.
This is sheer speculation on my part.
