I assumed initially that this announcement related to the tax audit for 2007-2010, but it states that it relates to the 2004-2006 audit, in respect of which $2MM has already been paid.
Perhaps the worst case is that the objection lodged by MUE has been denied, leaving us no worse off than before?
Actually, I was expecting an announcement from MUE, hopefully to announce the sale of the remaining properties or minimally to advise that current arrangements with the financier have been further extended.
