Very interesting. Apart from their survival, i was of the opinion they would hold off any cap raising until after the ASIC restrictions -

"The practical effect of the determination is that the Company will be required to issue a
full prospectus for any capital raisings rather than being able to use a short form
prospectus under S713 until 1 May 2015."


It will be interesting to see in what form the cap raising takes, and whether it is underwritten (& by whom....). A full prospectus will certainly cost more. A lot of effort for.....???

Maybe they have something brewing overseas after all......

Time will tell. Interested, only mildly.....
