Sigh! I thought we had called a truce.

Give it a rest, by your own examples non performing companies that have consolidated have lost share holders money in the long term.

You keep harping on about doing well business way. What set of accounts reflect that? 10% gross margin does not inspire any confidence in me.

Let's face facts, you could probably consolidate by 99.99% and we will still do our hard earned. But I would dearly like to be proven wrong with this merger.
