Well I am thinking the CR will be done to those in the know. Who in their right mind would send of a cheque to OEX without knowing the results. Unless of course OEX plan on releasing test results in conjuction with the CR offer. In that case they must be confident of good results. Any sub par results will not see a CR over the line.
