Which means the CR will have a short-term negative impact on the share price but in the grander scheme of things succesfully raising money will mean OEX will stay in business for a good part of 2015 so greater chance of the share price being pumped to 10 or 15 cents IMO for the sophisticated investors to make their 100 - 200 percent cut!
