They must have a good idea on the test results so if they aren't good then a capital raising now is wise
Hard to say. You often find capital raisings before an announcement to help support the placement success or to look after mates if results are outstanding. Yes a little conspiracy theory but I've seen too many real life examples of exactly this. We'll just have to wait on see on results.
