you posted misleading info here by quoted A establishing producer all-in cost compared with the $79 opex. why didn't you honestly quoted recent all-in opex cost around 126. rather throwing 79.
the problem is potash has been oversupplied.
who will pull near $2b for A payback probably 5-6 years.
you cant deny ELM share price lost over 80%.
if you are so right sp should go opposite way.
