Im glad this has come now, from what the announcement says it sounds like a either a placement to SI or a combination placement and CR from existing share holders.

You would have to think given the share price over the last month, it will be done at 0.003

I think its great they have decided to do this before the results come in from the current drilling program which should start rolling in any week now.

My biggest concern with this stock is how many shares are already on the register.
