I am one of the greatest t/O sceptics but in this case think there may be a third party involved
possible explanation third party got into negotiation and information got out .Renewed interest reflected in the prices and volumes .Co therefore forced to put on a TH and as negotiations not complete go into suspension
reiterate pure speculation on my part
