Thanks ARMCHair Critic. I am very comfortable with my knowledge of the industry. For such a critical transaction, I think the lack of earnings disclosure is disturbing but intentional for very particular reasons. In saying that, I will be happy to be proven wrong by these "leading online retailing companies". Good luck.
