I think you'll find he's referring to the local Pines co's involved in those projects, ie the small ones that get carried in any of the development projects on those fields.

I seriously doubt RSL has anything to do with this corporate transaction. They only recently conducted a NRR issue @ $0.004 to double their share issue to 356M, and that raised capital of $624K of which only around $280K odd is available for "exploration" and other working capital.

These guys certainly aren't swallowing NDO...other way round if anything, but I doubt PB has any interest in taking over some uranium tenements in the NT, WA and Malawi.

If it's about speculation to buying into energy assets, what can they afford with $300K??

I'm going to throw another one in here, Merle gave me the idea....
Recently (ann 28 March) they could not get Pines Gov approval to sell-off SC 54A. What if Dragon were interested in this area but the only way to get in there is say some sort of corporate transaction with NDO and the other SC 54A JVP's (who can't afford diddly squat)...they know the oil's there.

Just listening to PB's words again in the BRR interview from 24 March 2014...

"...and it (Galoc prod) also provides surplus funds for other activities we're presently working on, and certainly I want s/h's to be exposed to an ongoing series of opportunities, but these opportunities need to be tailored to our production revenue, and I hope to be in a position in the next couple of months to come to s/h's and tell them about some exciting developments in the medium to longer term for Nido."

Does't sound like he was working on a merger or some such to me.
Who were the people tasked with finding opportunities for NDO?...they were recently named as the brokers in a 25% of a producing field sale deal that went for $18M.

I'm sure there are more things we can think of.
Just because some bring up the inevitable T/o scenario again, and again, and again, and again......if only I got 25 shares ($1 at todays price) for each time this has been raised, I'd have a lot more shares.

Just thinking, and re-listening, and thinking....instead of blurting.
