Von Trader was chatting about it, stating the consolidation is 10:1 when it is in fact 20:1
they intend to issue the equivalent of 97,000,000 shares at 0.6 cents & 200,000,000 shares at 1 cent
why would you buy at 3 x the placement price and 2 x the capital raising price?
best to sell if you are a holder
