    Whoo-hoo! You gotta love a second offer. Will APA come back with something better? I'd like to see $1.40 on the table, but that's just me being greedy.

    So CKI's offer will take ENV private. But that also means that for those of us who were planning on taking all shares and getting the next APA dividend if the takeover went through, it's not too exciting at $1.32. That's why I'm still voting for anything APA offers provided it is higher than $1.32.
