    Interesting development, since APA had said that .1919 was their final offer - it seems a case of who was going to blink first, and obviously that would be APA. My own thoughts are that they want ENV enough to sweeten the offer. And also that they wouldn't make a last minute change to the offer without being reasonably certain it will be to the liking of the HK investors. Otherwise why bother?
