Sounds interesting.

My first impression upon reading this announcement was that GER have secured a company-making deal and ended up with a cornerstone investor as part of the deal.

Time will tell, but it seems that at least the first part of the above is true judging by the wording of the release.

Hopefully the second part will prove to be true as well.

In any case whether I'm on the money or not, all will be revealed by next Tuesday at the latest.
