Much as I hate dilution, is $464k enough ? With historical burn rates that is only really enough to get through one quarter only ?

Either:
- they are very confident on the revenue; or
- they weren't confident to try and raise any more; or
- that was all the capacity they had without going back out to shareholders to approve?

I am still digesting the whole lot - Looking forward to the 3Bs as I suspect that Borris worst case might be the actual case (shares issued cheap with attaching oppies)
