Capital Raising Completed Entellect Limited (Entellect or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has finalised a capital raising of $464,000 by way of a share placement under the Company’s capacity to issue shares under Listing Rule 7.1. The share placement, which was heavily over-subscribed, was made to new and existing shareholders who are sophisticated investors located in Australia and Asia. The Company expects to be in a position to issue the shares under the placement and lodge an Appendix 3B shortly. The additional capital will enable Entellect to continue to execute the sales and marketing plan of its KNeoWORLD.com Education by Entertainment Games Portal in the USA and other regions. The Company thanks its advisors including Redhill Capital Partners (Singapore) which acted as advisor to the issue.
