Good points metoo. My other concern was when they announced buy back of insignificant parcels. It's a shame there is no revenue announcements. Small or big I think this would only be fair for the management to keep the market updated.

It's a sign of the times that's for sure. I heard many stories about cos that raise i this manner. A friend investment banker of mine even has had this happen to him with 30 years experience and all his knowledge. His shares went from 0.10 to 0.004 over several cap raises and he Warned me about this as the one thing to be careful of in the current market. I asked him if the directors did this on purpose with no intention of ever having a profitable co. He gave me a firm no "these guys really believe in what they are doing" it made me look at esn and others I a different way.
