Ozzy.. I have been really busy, I don’t like pre empting things ie $ required.

My concerns would be –

Is the 20% JV partner, Hot Shot Media (Singapore) a private company likely to contribute?
Is HSM (Singapore) just sitting in the back ground or are they actively contributing?

Should $1M be successfully raised then that should carry ESN for about 5-6 months, it is a lot of shares no matter what price.

Will directors participate as direct investors (personal or even super accounts) not indirectly through other investment vehicles?

Exactly what will the funds raised be used for? It would be a concern if part of the $ raised are used to pay out the 0.005 notes.
If I remember correctly a previous one raised $4M approx. and $1.9M approx. was used to repay debt to Furneaux Equity Limited

As andyk_79 mentioned it does not appear to say much about kneoworld revenue to date.
Borris… mentioned a concern should free optioned be attached to anything.
Dazzaa mentioned the other concerns.
Ozzy… is spot on about learning and the environment.

These are just points for discussion and I am not saying they will be relevant.

In the scheme of things the Gremlins are irrelevant as most posters can see through them, any way Gremlins are only harmless, mischievous things.
