In the H.O.A. ann. they were going to raise $5 mill. at 20cents, if S.P. was at 1 cent, with a re-construction ratio of 20:1. Let's call it currently 5 cents. So what price is it likely to be, and reconstructed at what ratio?
Should still be at 20cents, with a reconstruction ratio of 4:1 by my calculations. Very approximate average price for last 20 days of 5.15cents.
T.H./voluntary suspension until end of April approximately.
