All a bit odd.
Sounds like they have to do the C.R. @ 20cents, and to do the consolidation at the same time may not worry us greatly.
Will be interesting as to what the consolidation rate is.
Price prior to the share issue was 5.3 cents, and the worst we should see is a 4:1 consolidation, and the best will possibly be 3.77.
Every 100,000 shares may now be equivalent to between 25,000 and 26,525 shares @ 20cents ea.
