sidr, I think you're being optimistic that a small issue will pay off the debts. Trade and other payables at 30th June were $8m - we should see this week what they were at 31/12/13.
But if the first CR fails, there won't be a second. Creditors will have already waited until June, and then to be asked to wait another couple of months ...
