Seem to be taking a long time to work out the price and size of the dilution?
Every $1.5m should buy the employees another year on the payroll judging by the last accounts. I suspect the deeper the discount to the companies potential the larger the dilution will be and the more money raised and I would expect them to try to cover 2 years expenses at least in this environment. So I would expect at least 159m shares to be issued after all the work it has taken to churn trade it down to this level.
Could be an interesting week.
