    If its the deal we think it is, I would be hoping for a premium to the 25 cent issue price to Magnum Hunter. A fully funded program backed by someone with shale experience in the US would justify/demand such a premium. But in this market, who really knows...

    Having the Smorgons show interest recently also helps things too...
