Does anyone believe that this capital raising is to push Pure Metals into making an on market acquisition? The alternative is that their share of the company is further diluted, if they are short of money. A put up or shut up situation.
The total market valuation remains relatively low and it may force other interested parties in the project into the open. I might just be dreaming, the SP has just being one way recently, since Pure Metals has been involved and the value of the main project has continued to fall.
Nick can't be happy that he lost a number of key votes during the AGM. What alternatives Nick have to progress the company?
