I expect that MNZ may need a 10-for-1 consolidation, and then a raising of $40 or $50 million at 20 to 25 cents, effectively turning this into a reverse takeover by Deals Direct that closely emulates a 20 to 25 cent public IPO.
But you will also probably find that directors and seed capital investors like CVC will be issued shares and options for free and for a much lower price.
This is sometimes the way it goes.
It will be interesting to see what Deals Direct is valued at.
Of course they may do it the other way around and issue 600 or 700 million shares first, and then do a consolidation.
